Can you provide certifications?
Tell us which reports or certifications you require. We will check whether the supplier has documents covering the proposed product and whether they can be shared.
How are MOQ and lead time decided?
Minimum quantities and lead times depend on materials, dimensions, customisation and the supplier’s schedule. We confirm them in the quotation.
Can buyers arrange third-party inspection?
Yes, this can be discussed as part of the quality plan. Inspection scope, standard, timing and responsibility should be agreed before production.
Can you match an existing sample?
We can review a reference sample and define which aspects should be matched or improved. Final feasibility depends on construction, material availability, intellectual-property considerations and order scale.
